Christine Benoit is a true Bulldog at heart! A proud graduate of Waller High School in 2008, Christine's passion for beauty led her to Legacy Beauty Academy immediately after graduation. She began her formal training in August 2008 and received her Cosmetology license by August 2009.

Shortly after completing her education, Christine began her career as a stylist and color specialist at Toni & Company Salon in Waller, Texas. Over the next 11 years, she dedicated herself to building a loyal clientele and continuously advancing her skills, attending yearly education sessions to perfect her craft. In 2010, Christine became airbrush certified and expanded her services to include on-site hair and makeup for formal events. This allowed her to travel across the country, making brides feel as beautiful as possible on their special day. Christine’s personal life blossomed in 2010 as well when she married her wonderful husband. Together, they have three beautiful children and continue to call Waller, Texas home. When the pandemic hit in 2020, Christine recognized the opportunity for growth and began to seek a more personalized experience for her clients. After 11 years in the industry and in the midst of a global shutdown, Christine decided it was time to take the next step and open her own salon. In August 2020, Benoit Original Salon was born. Since then, Christine has never looked back. At Benoit Original Salon, Christine offers a wide range of services, including on-site bridal hair and makeup, The Foundation Extension Method, multi-dimensional color, fashion color experiences, and custom hair cutting tailored to each client’s needs. Christine also offers one-on-one hair and makeup lessons and, most recently, opened the B Original Boutique inside her salon. Christine’s goal is to make every client's experience unique, personal, and filled with originality. She is committed to creating a welcoming, unforgettable atmosphere where beauty and creativity come together to make her clients feel their very best.

Melissa Longoria began her hair journey over 20 years ago in her hometown of Austin, Texas, where she discovered her passion for the beauty industry. After working in Austin for several years, Melissa decided to take a break from her career to stay home and raise her four children. During this time, she kept her license active by doing hair for friends and family. When the time was right, Melissa made a seamless return to the industry, diving back into the world of hair with renewed passion. For the past 14 years, she has thrived as a full-time stylist, rediscovering her love for the craft and enjoying her career more than ever. Throughout her journey, Melissa has consistently invested in her education, staying current with the latest coloring techniques and cutting trends to ensure she’s always at the top of her game. Specializing in blondes and multi-dimensional color, Melissa has earned the nickname "The Blonde Whisperer" from her clients, a testament to her expertise in creating flawless, radiant blonde shades. Her quirky sense of humor and unique style make every appointment with her a fun and memorable experience. When she’s not working her magic behind the chair, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, running, and tackling home renovation projects on her nearly 100-year-old house in Houston. Madeline Mitchell, a proud graduate of WHS, embarked on her professional journey at Charles and Sues Cosmetology School, where she discovered her true passion for hair color and blonding. From the moment she picked up her first color brush, Madi knew she had found her calling. With a deep appreciation for the artistry of hair, she has developed an exceptional skill set that allows her to create stunning, customized looks for each of her clients. Madi’s creativity knows no bounds, and her passion for beauty extends beyond color. As a certified Bellami Extension Specialist, she has the ability to provide luxurious, full-bodied hair that will have you feeling like your best self. Whether it’s adding volume, length, or creating a whole new look, Madi’s precision and expertise in extensions ensure a seamless transformation, often with just a few appointments. Always striving to be at the top of her game, Madi invests in her education year after year. She stays on the cutting edge of trends, constantly learning new techniques and perfecting her craft. Madi’s commitment to ongoing education means that her clients receive the best, most up-to-date services available, no matter the season. But it’s not just her skill set that makes Madi so special.
