A Little bit About us!

Christine Benoit, is a True Bulldog at heart! Christine, graduated from Waller High School in 2008. After the Summer of graduating high school, she attended Legacy Beauty Academy! She began her journey August of 2008 and Received her license in Cosmetology in August of 2009. Shortly after graduating from Beauty School, Christine, began her career as a Stylist and Color Specialist at Toni & Company Salon in Waller, Texas. It was there that she stayed for 11 years and where she began building her clientele and educating herself as much as possible, every year in her craft. Christine, became Airbrush certified in 2010 and began to offer on site hair and make-up for formal events. During this season of life, She traveled the country, and made every bride she worked on feel as beautiful as possible on their special day! Christine was also married in 2010 to her amazing husband. They have 3 beautiful Children and continue to reside in Waller, Texas.

 

After the pandemic hit in March of 2020 She was wanting to reach for higher goals that offered a more personalized experience for each of her clients. After 11 years, a world wide pandemic, and an epic Shut-down, she decided it was time to open up a shop of her own. Amazingly so, Benoit Original Salon opened in August of 2020. Since After opening the salon, Christine never looked back. A long with many other services, Christine Still offers on site Bridal Hair and Make-up Services, The Tight-Line Extension Method, Multi Dimensional Color, Fashion Color Experiences, Personally Tailored Hair Cutting Services, One on One Hair and make-up lessons, and the most recent B original Boutique inside of her salon!

Christine's personal goal is to always make every client's experience unique, personable and to create Originality along the way!

Melissa Longoria began her hair journey over 20 plus years ago in Austin, Texas where she grew up. Melissa continued to work there for several years, but then soon decided to stay at home with her four kiddos. She continued that chapter for eleven years and did hair for friends and family to keep her license active. After that season of her life was over, Melissa jumped back in the hair game full time! Melissa continued to do hair full-time Successfully and has thoroughly enjoyed her Hair Career more than ever since she switched back about 14 years ago. Melissa, consistently upkeeps her education in all coloring methods and cutting. She has always enjoyed every minute of it! She specializes in blondes and multi-dimensional color. Some have even coined her “The Blonde Whisperer”, which goes GREAT with her quirky sense of humor and style.

When Melissa is not working she most enjoys family, yoga, running, and doing projects and renovations on her almost 100 year old house in Houston.
