Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Hair product You may return in exchange if you follow the following within our return policy:

-ALL returns on products, will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

-No returns will be taken without replacement of original item purchased. You may return your product or item for store credit in a gift card form. If the product has been used more than 50% of the bottle, unfortunately we can NOT accept that return.

 

Boutique:

All items may be exchanged for another item that is less than or equal to the amount it was purchased for. As long as the original item being returned still has its Tag and has not been worn.
